1. The service

WAPI Pilot is software that links your own WhatsApp number as a "Linked device" so you can send and receive messages. WAPI Pilot is operated by Digiwebdex, Dhaka, Bangladesh. WAPI Pilot is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta and is not the official WhatsApp Business API.

2. Your account

• Sign up with your real name, email and WhatsApp number.
• Keep your password, API keys and team logins secret. You are responsible for everything sent from your account.
• One free trial per WhatsApp number.
• You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Acceptable use

Only message people who agreed to receive messages from you. You must not:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or message bought or scraped number lists.
• Commit fraud or phishing, run fake prizes or lotteries, gambling, harassment or threats.
• Send anything illegal under the laws of Bangladesh.
• Infringe others' copyright or trademarks, or pretend to be someone else.
• Try to break the security of WAPI Pilot or overload its servers.

Stop messaging anyone who replies "STOP" or unsubscribes.

4. WhatsApp risk

WhatsApp may restrict or ban any number under its own rules, especially after spam reports. WAPI Pilot has account protection and daily campaign limits to lower the risk, but nobody can guarantee a number will not be banned. Digiwebdex is not responsible for numbers that are banned or restricted, and they are not a reason for a refund.

5. Plans and payment

• Plans are prepaid (monthly or yearly) and do not renew automatically.
• What each plan includes, and its limits, are on the pricing page. Add-ons last 30 days.
• Prices may change; we tell you first, and your current paid period is not affected.
• Payments go through EPS. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

6. Suspension and termination

If you break these terms, especially through spam or fraud, we may suspend or close your account without notice and without a refund. You can delete your account at any time.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service running, but maintenance, the internet or WhatsApp may interrupt it at times. The service is provided "as is".

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Digiwebdex's total liability is limited to what you paid in the last month. We are not liable for lost business, lost profits or indirect damages.

9. Changes

We may change these terms. We announce important changes in the dashboard, on WhatsApp or by email. Using the service after a change means you accept the new terms.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes are settled in the courts of Dhaka.
