This explains how WAPI Pilot (Digiwebdex) collects, uses and protects your information.

1. What we collect

• Account details: name, email, WhatsApp number, and your password as a one-way hash (we cannot see it).
• Payments: plan, amount, date and transaction number. Card and mobile banking details are handled by EPS; we do not store them.
• What you use the service for: linked WhatsApp numbers, contact lists, messages sent and received, orders, templates and so on — to provide the service.
• Technical data: login times, IP addresses and an activity log, for security.
• Cookies: one cookie to keep you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies.

2. How we use it

• To run the service: messages, campaigns, orders and automation.
• To send verification codes, payment receipts, reminders and important notices.
• For support, security, preventing abuse and meeting legal duties.

We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

3. Who receives it

Only what the service needs:

• EPS, for payments.
• Couriers (such as Steadfast) and SMS providers, when you turn them on: what an order or message needs.
• Email servers and backup storage; backups are encrypted.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

4. Your contacts' information

You are responsible for your customers' and contacts' information; we process it only on your instructions. Getting their permission to message them is your responsibility.

5. Security

Connections use HTTPS. Payment and service keys are stored encrypted. Backups are encrypted. You can turn on two-step login.

6. How long we keep it

While your account is active. Message text is deleted automatically after 90 days (only the counts are kept). When you delete your account, your messages, contacts and sessions are deleted. Payment and invoice records (with your name, email and phone) are kept, as accounting and VAT law require. A record that the account was deleted is also kept for security. Old data in encrypted backups is removed automatically after a while.

7. Your rights

You can see and correct your information, or delete your account, in the dashboard settings or by contacting us.

8. Children

The service is not for anyone under 18.

9. Changes and contact

If this policy changes, this page shows the new date. Questions: the "Support tickets" page in your dashboard
